TopCryst Service
This lesson is devoted to our new project TopCryst. TopCryst includes several services that allow you to determine the topology of a compound and to find the representatives of a topological type.

Topological analysis of MOFs
In this lesson we will describe how you can use ToposPro to perform a comprehensive topological analysis of MOFs. We will show how to do the analysis, how to simplify the structure, how to make different structure representations and how to classify the corresponding nets.

The TTT collection
In this lesson, is explained how to construct a tiling using the TOPOSPro program and how to find the zeolites with the same tiles by the TTT collection.

Entanglements
In this lesson the main ToposPro functions, which are very useful for searching for and analyzing of entanglements, are explained.

Construction of tilings
In this lesson, is explained how to construct a tiling using the TOPOSPro program.

The Nanoclustering procedure
In this lesson, the procedure of searching of the building units in the intermetallic compounds is examined.

The AutoCN program
This program calculates the adjacency matrix, which keeps the information about connectivity of atoms in the crystal structure.

The Crystal Data window
This window allows you to look through and edit the crystal structure information.

The main features of the IsoCryst program
This program draws crystal structures and calculates their geometrical parameters.

The ToposPro Topological collections
These collections store the topological descriptors for classification of periodic nets.

The standard simplification method
This method allows you to construct underlying nets, which keep the information about connection of structural groups, and ignores the information about their geometrical properties and internal structure.

Special methods of simplification
This lesson describes the cluster, skeleton, edge net and ring net simplifications methods.
